By using this website or booking a service with Aditya Transport, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
2. Our services
We provide road transport services for industrial and commercial cargo, including full truck load, part load, steel and pipes, heavy loads and contract runs across India. Services are subject to vehicle availability and to the booking confirmed by us in writing or through an LR and invoice.
3. Quotes and bookings
- Rates shown or sent as a quick quote are indicative until we confirm them in writing. A booking is confirmed only when we acknowledge it and place or assign a vehicle.
- Rates depend on route, weight, material, vehicle type, loading and unloading conditions, tolls and any special requirements. Rates may change if these details change.
- Submitting an inquiry or RFQ response does not create a binding contract on either side until a work order, rate contract or booking is confirmed.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate details of the material, weight, dimensions, pickup and delivery points and contact persons.
- Pack, load and secure the material suitably, and provide the documents needed for the movement, such as invoice, e-way bill and any permits.
- Do not send goods that are illegal, prohibited or dangerous unless you have told us in advance and we have agreed in writing.
- Be ready at the pickup and delivery points. Delays caused by you or by the plant, gate or site may attract detention charges.
5. Payment and billing
- Freight is billed against a GST-compliant invoice. Payment terms are as agreed in your booking, work order or rate contract.
- Advance payments, where asked for, are adjusted against the final invoice.
- Charges such as tolls, detention, loading and unloading, and return freight on rejected consignments are payable by you unless agreed otherwise.
- Online payments are processed through a third party payment gateway and are also subject to the gateway terms.
- Delayed payments may attract interest and may lead us to hold future bookings.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Liability for goods
Goods are carried subject to the Carriage by Road Act, 2007 and the terms printed on the LR. Unless you have declared the value of the goods and paid for it as required, our liability for loss, damage or delay is limited as the law allows. We strongly recommend that you insure your consignment. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by wrong or incomplete information, improper packing, the nature of the goods, or events outside our control.
8. Delays and events beyond our control
Delivery times given are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road closures, strikes, accidents, government action, breakdowns, plant or site delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Using this website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or harmful information. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time.
10. Intellectual property
The Aditya Transport name, logo, text and design of this website belong to us. Client names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and appear only to show companies we have served. They do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
11. Disclaimer and limit of liability
The website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute by discussion. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website or our services means you accept the updated terms.
